Payment
We accept PayPal and Canadian Money Orders. If you wish to pay by Money Order please send me a note and I will give you the information to make it out.
Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to pay with PayPal, all major credit cards are accepted through PayPal.
Shipping
All items will be lovingly packed by hand with the utmost attention to care.
We ship items in Canada through the Canada Post. We are more than happy to combine shipping, when buying more than one item.
Insurance is available at $1.15/$100, if you would like to purchase insurance please let me know when purchasing and I will update your invoice accordingly.
Although pricing is only provided for US and Canadian shipping, I will ship internationally. Please send me a message prior to purchasing and I will calculate shipping costs for you. You will only be charged the actual cost.
We unfortunately will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages during shipping. You are encouraged to purchase insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns posted within 14 day of receipt will be accepted given the following guidelines.
The item must be in the same condition as when it was sent out.
The item must still be new with no signs of wear.
After close inspection of item, a merchandise credit or a refund will be issued for the amount of item, not including shipping fees.
I cannot take returns on earring due to hygenic reasons.

I do want to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. I offer a 6 month warranty on all items purchased from me, just send the item back if it is to break and I will repair it at no cost to you.
